Q. Do your prices include tax?
A. All prices include taxes. There are no additional fees to pay at all.
Q. When will I be charged for my order?
A. You’ll be charged for your order when the order is placed.
Q. When my order will be dispatched?
A. As we produce all our products in-house, we don`t keep stock. It takes 4 to 6 working days to make your order. As soon as it’s ready, we dispatch it to you.
Q. How long it takes to get it?
A. It depends on the shipping method. If you choose Express, it will reach you in 1 to 3 days, depending on your location. For regular shipping, it can be up to 2 weeks for some countries.
Q. What’s your returns policy?
A. You can return any product you receive from 4Cyclists within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. Please be kind and inform us with an email if you send it back.
Q. I do not like the product I ordered, what can I do?
A. If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please be kind and inform us with an email if you send it back.
Q. How do I return a product?
A. Inform us in an email and we will send you all the information.
Q. Do you have a crash replacement?
A. As we know how terrible is to trash your new kit, we do have a crash replacement. If your kit is damaged in the first year of purchase time, send us an email with pictures and we will give you a 50% discount for the new kit in the same colour, model and size.
Q. What includes in warranty?
A. From time-to-time, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
Products and Sizing
Q. I am not sure which size I am?
A. Use our size guide. If at least one of measurements are out of range, take a bigger size. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us in an email email@example.com
Q. How to safely wash 4Cyclists garments?
A. Close all zippers before washing. Use mild liquid detergent. DO NOT use softener and DO NOT bleach. This will destroy the moist transportation and can damage the function of the fabric. To avoid discoloration, do not let the garment remain in the machine after completing the washing program. Also, we suggest using a color catcher. DO NOT iron garments.
Q. Where all of your garments are made?
A. In the European Union, Latvia. We do all in-house. Starting from product design, finishing with dispatching. We don`t keep stock, as we have a chance to make all on demand. It that way we do not overproduce, do not overstock. That`s the safest way for our planet.
Q. Is it possible to see how it`s done?
A. If you have an interest in our production line, you can visit us at any time, we will take you for a ride, good coffee, cake and will show you how it`s done! If you can`t come, we can send pictures of how we make your order!
